Delivery, Order Terms, Returns and Refunds

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover through our Web site. If you wish to purchase using another form of payment (such as purchase order) or would like to purchase in bulk, please email us at info@bankprojectsolutions.com.

Shipping:

You'll be given a choice of shipping options through UPS during the order process and the shipping charge will be reflected on your order. Your order will be shipped from Georgia.

The shipping options are listed below:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • UPS 2nd Day Air

We ship to all 50 states, but please allow two additional shipping days for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Customers pay all shipping expenses for merchandise ordered. If a customer is returning merchandise due to damage or an error made by Bank Project Solutions, we will pay the shipping costs. Only standard rate shipping charges will be refunded. We recommend using a shipping agent that has tracking and proof of receipt, such as UPS.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Delivery Method:

Your order will usually be shipped within 3 business days, but no more than 10 business days from the time of order unless we experience a delay situation beyond our control. If you have questions about your delivery, please email us at info@bankprojectsolutions.com.

Sales Tax:

Georgia Residents will be charged 7.00% sales tax for shipments in Georgia. The actual amount charged to your order will be shown during the order process.

Handling Charge:

A handling charge of 3.00% will be added to the purchase. The actual amount charged to your order will be shown during the order process.

Return/Refund Policy:

All purchases are final except for damaged merchandise or merchandise sent to you in error.

Damaged Merchandise or Merchandise Sent in Error: 

If you receive damaged merchandise or merchandise received in error, please send the merchandise back to us in its original packaging to the following address within 20 days. (The 20 days starts the day that your merchandise is shipped).

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be required to return the damaged merchandise or merchandise received in error. To request a RGA number, please email us at info@bankprojectsolutions.com.  We will send you a RGA number within 5 business days.

After your receive the RGA number from us, please send the RGA number and damaged merchandise or merchandise received in error to:

We will send you the replacement for damaged merchandise within 10 business days of receipt of the damaged product without any additional cost to you. For merchandise received in error, we will refund the total amount we charged you. You will need to repurchase the correct product through our Web site. If you have questions or comments concerning the merchandise, please email us at info@bankprojectsolutions.com.
