Placing Orders:  You may place an order using our online shopping cart, or you may email our sales department at info@bankprojectsolutions.com.  Since standard email correspondence is not sufficiently secure to protect personal and financial information, we request that you do not send credit card information via standard email.

Delivery and Other Terms:  Please refer to our delivery and order terms which for products are on the shopping cart page of our Site, and the web-based training services are on the order page for such services,  all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.  These terms and conditions will apply to products and services you order from us on our Site.

Sales Tax:  You are responsible for any sales taxes with respect to your purchase of products or services, if applicable. All prices quoted in this Site are exclusive of taxes and shipping charges and are stated in US Dollars. We will collect any applicable sales tax from you at the time of checkout, as we are required to by law. If you claim an exception from sales tax, you must provide us with a copy of your valid exemption certificate in order for us to credit your account.

Force Majeure:  Bank Project Solutions shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance or in delivery or shipment of materials or merchandise or for any damages suffered by you by reason of such delay or failures directly or indirectly caused by or in any manner arising from or connected with acts of God, acts of public enemies, riots, acts of governmental agencies, labor difficulties, failure of our suppliers to ship or produce goods, delays in securing or shortages of raw materials, breakdown or destruction of plant or equipment, or any other cause or causes beyond the control of Bank Project Solutions, whether or not similar to those enumerated herein.

Miscellaneous:  This Agreement the portions of this Site referenced in or linked to this Agreement, which are incorporated in this Agreement by this reference, contain yours and Bank Project Solutions's entire agreement regarding your use of this Site and purchase of products and services from Bank Project Solutions. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, such illegality or unenforceability will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions of this Agreement, which together will be construed as if such illegal or unenforceable provision had not be included in this Agreement. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement is not effective unless it is in writing and a waiver of a breach of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of any succeeding breach.  This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without reference to its conflicts of law rules.
